Today press and media communication is the most essential tool to bring mass awareness while potentially stimulating consciousness shifts. We are happy to announce that already we have succeeded in gathering the support of CNN, MTV Switch, RTL, Mint Radio, TV5 Monde and UNRIC. We are continuing to gather more support to get the greatest outreach possible.

Based upon target market research, ECHO have engaged the services of one of the country’s top communication agency, Saatchi & Saatchi Business Communications who have designed a campaign targeting both general and niche media to reach out to echo’s key markets.

The echo festival will allocate a total budget of €150,000 for the media and promotional campaign.

Saatchi & Saatchi’s expertise will allow the echo festival to gather outstanding press and media coverage with a large outreach through several avenues. Due to the extent of the echo festival activities, different media partners will cover specific segments of the echo festival.

Media partnerships are currently under discussion with local press, television and radio broadcasters, as well as with leading music and fashion international media outlets.

In keeping with our green concept, no paper will be used, rather creative press notifications with digital files and media distribution using the internet. A private blog will carry out the echo festival’s communications and a digital press section will coordinate activities, schedules and available materials and coverage from our own documentation crew.
